This was a good DVD documentary of a very talented singer. It tells the story but gives you no insights into what she was and what made her into the artist she became. I have seen other videos of Amy and some were very good, displaying her performances and interactions with the audience and other artists. A must for the hardcore fan but feels like it was trying to cash in on fame of a talented artist not going the extra mile to improve our understanding this unique and fabulous singer and songwriter. Wish it were better.

If you were a fan you will enjoy watching this, you'll appreciate her music even more.

I got this before it won the big award. Great overview of a sad life of addiction.
