Underwhelming. I wanted to believe their promises, but it simply falls far short of AMD.

Not too sure how it will performance in the long run.

Works great but wont install ai playground and cant get a pen to connect. All the ai products they offered with purchase were free trial accept for ai playground which was disappointing.

AVOID! This "Unlock AI experience" is just a gimmick to make you think the software "unlocks" capabilities that are already inside your processor. The laptop in itself is awesome & I am very happy with it, but the "AI experiences" bundle is nothing more than bloatware that companies partnered with Best Buy to attempt to make more money! There is absolutely no free software included in this bundle at all! They are all programs for trial or subscription based. If you want to spend extra money for these products you can buy them with any computer with enough processing power to handle them, you wouldn't need to buy this particular laptop just to gain access to it. These programs are for content creators / developers / graphic artists / AI specialists and that is great, for them. However, the marketing for this "free AI unlock" is not what it seems, for sure. It is very misleading that this is "included" with your purchase but then have to make additional purchases to gain access.

Processor is good and working as well. Ram capacity should me higher as currently installed.

DONT BUY THIS ITEM DELL INSPIRON 2 IN 1 TOUCH SCREEN. NEVER COULD USE TOUCH SCREEN. IT LAST ONLY 5 MONTHS AND 3 DAYS PURCHASE DAY 10/27/2024 I CAN NOT TURN IT OFF, THE BACKLIT KEYBOARD IS ON BUT THE SCREEN IS BLACK AND IS TOO HOT. I DONT KNOW HOW TO SWITCH OFF

Seems like it should be pretty fast. I have not run tests yet. Hope to soon.

Laptop is good for the price but the screen refresh rate is not 120hz, it is 60 hzs

So far out of 3 laptops I've purchased and returned this week (all with the Core Ultra 7 H-series) 2 have had freezing and instability issues. One event hit 105c under load. I know Intel claims the max operating temp is 110c, but given the instability and freezes, I'm beginning to think this entire series might be flawed or at least have poor QA. The battery life and performance is good in theory (the "AI" stuff is negligible and really not a selling point). I'm probably going to go AMD or wait for the next gen. The 13th and 14th Gen processors have had widespread instability issues, so I wouldn't be surprised if some issues have been replicates in the Core Ultra 100 series rebrand.

Not sure I would use this, but it came with my laptop purchase.

The reason I’m rating this so low is because literally every product you get with this thing is something you have to pay for. Like the whole point is you are getting these cool features with your laptop but really it’s just basically paid features that aren’t worth it
