I CAN'T believe I got talked in to buying another LENOVO, worthless, already had it in for fixin... NEVER AGAIN, iwanted and HP, and ended up with a stupid lenovo AND I actually had to ask the sales girl, to get me someone who could help me, she had no clue

I saw some people online say that some of this devices were coming out with bad thermal paste in the cpu but I ran out of patience with this product, I tried everything but nothing worked.

Best Buy sent me a bad link. I spent 2 and a half hours with customer service for a simple problem and was bounced around to every department in Best Buy to receive no help or answers. If this is the route they are going with their customer service going forward I probably won't be buying anything from them. Definitely glad I didn't waste money on geek squad. Their geek squad on the phone couldn't even assist me. And from the sounds of it I could run circles around what they consider IT assistance.

Hard to use and doesn't give you a lot on how to use it

There are no details of what this digital product even is... It only lists 4 programs that are AI optimized, but where are the specifications of each one? is it a free trial? is it a subscription for 2 or 3 months? do you get them forever? what is it??

They made it seem like this was a package suite but after filling out all my info and sending it, thats when they tell you that they are just free short trials. Had i known, i wouldnt have wasted my time.

i thought this was a free AI download. it's not. you have to subscribe and pay after a few months. i should have waited for a cheaper price on the laptop that didn't include the free offers.

Sent EXPIRED codes ,no help by customer service to get correct unexpired codes!!!! Another bait n switch I hate bestbuy.com they are untrustworthy scammers run

Just don’t know what to do with this product. Doesn’t have any coupons or any links to the trial. It feels like a free product that came with laptop purchase but worthless.

Silly addon that gives you trials for software. And it was a total pain to access in order to find out what it was.

If this is a new thing, please return the old version. This one s...s.

Good processor, fast and reliable. No issues at this time.
