Great Service overall

Service does not work, no customer service

The service does not work (only makes calls if you are connected to a WIFI network, no mobile data service). Called customer service, they said we not not give refunds, no managers, no employee IDs. Gave me the corporate headquarters address and it is a phone store in LA. I hope folks read this review and spare themselves the frustration I have endured. I asked BEST buy to stop carrying this product.

Predictable pricing.

Easy one-time configuration required (it won't work out of the box) . Works on AT&T smartphones and unlocked GSM smartphones. Data usage is questionable but there's no overage charges so that's good. Good performance on AT&T network.
