I have been using the Upright Go 2 for a couple of weeks and can definitely say it has helped my posture. The device itself is pretty simple and just buzzes when you slouch. I thought I had decent posture but my wife thought different. I was shocked at how often this thing alerted me to my poor posture! It’s made me much more aware and has helped me sit upright more often. It is super simple to set up. Just download the app and it will walk you through it. Takes a couple of minutes at best. The device itself is very lightweight and you will quickly forget its there. Until it buzzes that is! I found out the hard way that even when the Go 2 is in tracking mode rather than training mode it will alert you if you slouch for 15 minutes at a time. That’s a neat little feature that extends the usefulness of it. I’ve found the adhesive strips last much longer that the few days advertised and my unit came with 10 strips which should last more than enough time to really train myself to stand and sit straight. Battery life is pretty good and I’ve found charging every couple of days is more than sufficient. Note though when you unplug it the unit automatically comes on so keep that in mind so you aren’t burning battery unnecessarily. The storage case is nice so you don’t have to worry about sticky stuff getting in furniture.

I got this just as a reminder and it works well. It keeps you aware when you start to slouch. It makes it a little fun as you have daily goals to accomplish.

I find it beneficial if you have a job where you are mostly seating in a desk. If you are up and active during your day job where it requires a lot of leaning forward like cashiering or cooking then this is isn’t for you. It will detect as slouching even if back is straight and it will just go off all day, then battery runs low. Stickies are also not convenient to deal with

Very handy little tracker/trainer for posture. Only complaint is that the training aspect only lasts for 1 month & then it is simply in tracking mode; wish their was more depth to the training aspect of this piece of handle gear. I def recommend getting the magnetic necklace over using the sticky pads.

The idea behind this product is great but it is very in accurate. It starts buzzing even when you bend to wash hand or something, so it doesn’t necessarily only capture when you crouch. So you get used to the buzz pretty quickly and start ignoring it. Specially if you stand at work, it’s not the right product at all.

Good product but not easy to attach to the back of your neck, would be better if the necklace option was included rather than an extra accessory.

Omg love this little device! I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and definitely a noticeable improvement in my posture! I’ll walk by a mirror and notice I’m standing straight even when I don’t have the Upright Go on me. Very happy with my purchase.

I tend to sit a lot at work, even though I have a standing desk and I noticed that my shoulders were hunching over and I was slouching more. I saw this and thought it would be a fun way to improve my posture. I've used it for about 10 days now and here's what I like and what I don't: Pros: * Small, lightweight and comes with adhesives (haven't had to change mine yet) * App is easy to use * Travel case and USB charging cable are nice to have * Tracking mode lets you see how your posture has been during the day * Training mode will cause the unit to vibrate if you slouch for 4 continuous seconds, more time is added so you gradually go for longer periods of time. Cons: * No integration with Apple Health - it would be nice to connect it with my Health app to get all of my health and fitness info in one place. * Pairing on Day 1 was a bit of a challenge - the app said the device couldn't be found and the unit itself wouldn't turn on - putting it on the charger seemed to reset whatever loop it was stuck in. * No power puck - like most gadgets nowadays, you get a cord to plug in, but now puck to connect to the wall, so they assume you have spare pucks or USB-A ports somewhere that aren't being used. All in all, I like it and I genuinely like new tech that helps me improve my quality of life by not being in the way. So far, I'm digging this thing and I'm noticing that I'm self correcting my posture more now than I did before I wore it. So at least, I'm more aware now of when my posture needs to be corrected.

Effective monitoring posture - Uncomfortable wear

Essentially the item alerts one of improper posture, but the contact of adhesive material to one's skin is a bit discomforting. The adhesive material must be repurchased after it diminishes within a relatively short period of time, which adds to the already expensive cost of the product.
