    I was looking for a case that would protect my iPad in case it slipped off my lap from the sofa onto the floor. This has proven to do the job. It protects the screen when closed and there is extra protection at the corners. I like that it is somewhat like a portfolio. I have never dropped it from a distance of more that 1 or 2 feet.

    Provides very sturdy full cover for iPad. The inside of front cover attracts lint which is not easy to clean. After six months of use the front cover, which is detachable, tend to separate from the back cover relatively easily so you have to keep sticking it back on. That's a little bit of an annoyance.
