I would say the sound quality on these headphones don’t match their competition but it does it’s job

I bought these assuming they worked liked any other headphone, but the cord control button only stops and skips songs; no audio control.

Sound was okay, however it is not compatible to use on calls with anything other than apple, which I was not aware of prior to purchasing. Also, they do not work with Playstation controllers when in a chat. I ended up giving these away as I had no use for them due to their incompatibility with the devices I use.

It's uncomfortably bassy, the mic quality is the worst. How worst? A no-named earbuds from amazon has better mic quality than this one. Take the advice from an audiophile, don't waste your money on this. Get a pair of 3.5mm Plug Earpods and they would sound better, and they're cheaper too.

This product has little volume on the left ear plug. As compare to my iPhone earplugs the volume is equal to both ears. It seems this happened over time. I would like to return them.

I use these earphones while I am on my laptop to have meetings. During the meeting the earphones fall out of my ear so I am constantly putting my earplugs back in. If I were to have a do-over I would get headphones.

    Terrible Waste Of Money

These are the most uncomfortable ear bud I've ever owned. The sound quality is horrible, and they keep falling out of my ear while I'm sitting down trying to play a video game. I haven't taken them to the gym with me because I would probably be more focused on keeping these in my ear rather than actually working out. I've tried each and every interchangeable ear piece that it came with and had no luck. Also, since they are "Beats" I thought these would sound great. These have to be the worst sound quality headphones ever made. Never again will I waste my money on a Beats product.

    Left Side Audio Already Failing

The bottom line is that I cannot recommend these earbuds. Trying out various tips that came with the earbuds I have never found something truly comfortable. Also, within a few months of very basic use (i.e. I have used these headphones around 15 times) the left-side audio is already fading out. I can barely hear through that side whatsoever using multiple devices.

I purchased based off reviews I saw online. Unfortunately these headphones aren’t worth the money. I was better off with a cheap pair of jvc earbuds Z

USED THE PRODUCT FOR LESS THAT 2 WEEKS AND THE PLUG BROKE APART. THE PLASTIC INSERT WHICH HOLD THE METAL PLUG WHICH IS THE PART YOU INSERT INTO THE DIVICE BROKE APART, LEAVING HALF OF PLASTIC AND THE METAL PLUG STUCK INSIDE THE UNIT. UPON RETURN TO STORE, IT WAS REPLACE HOWEVER THE CLERK INDICATED IT WAS THE CUSTOMER FAULT AND THE STORE DOES NOT WARRENT DAMAGE ITEMS. I FELT THAT THIS WAS NOT DAMAGED IT WAS POORLY CONSTRUCTED. I PURCHASED TWO ITEMS AND CONCERNED THAT THE SECOND ONE WILL ALSO BREAK IN TIME.
