this movie was just fantastic. the storyline was great, the plot was awesome, the characters were people you could connect with. this is a movie that will make people hate certain governments and be able to understand wh some are no good. you actually start rooting for a terrorist and hope that he succeeds. it gives you the chills, the end scence is the best by far. so many people and extras. a political movie of our time depicting the flaws of failed government. a must see.

Only thing I have to say is that "V" for Vendetta is an excellent film. One with a message so powerful that it has to be seen to be believed. I won't get into semantics or any of that, but will say that the film was well acted by the two main stars, Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman. The Blu-Ray really adds some punch to it, with stunning picture quality and crystal clear audio. Simply put, if you're a Blu-Ray junkie, you owe it to yourself to add this to your collection.

My advice is for those who know this movie and love it. Yes, by all means get it on blu ray. The picture is outstanding. But, whatever you do, don't pay full price. Wait for discounts. I was able to buy this film on blu ray for $10 at my local Best Buy. Patience will save you bucks.

I loved the whole plot of this movie. It really touched me because there are a lot of corrupt governments in this world. It was one of those sentimental movies that make you really feel what the characters are feeling and going through. This is such a great movie; I love it! It broadens your mind about the world. I really liked the character V, he is so cool. His passion for justice was intriguing; it was just sad that he had to die.

Beautifully acted, stunning set design, great story. There is nothing better than a movie that makes you think and this dark look into our not-to-distant future rings true to a large degree. This movie goes to show you that great visual effects only work if they support an equally great story/script.

No matter how much I watch this movie, it just never seems to get old. The plot is fantastic and somewhat realistic which is probably what makes this so watchable in my eyes. Great replay value and would recommend to anyone who favors superheroes of the nontraditional type.

V for Vendetta is a classic graphic novel come to life by the people who made The Matrix. While it doesn't have the jaw dropping effects The Matrix has it does have well written story and gives us a grim look at what the future may hold. The movie is well acted but can be a little slow at some points and for something billed as being an action movie there isnt a lot of action in it. All in all a good movie I upgraded my DVD to Blu Ray for the better quality all the extras are the same.

Most movies now a days are good on the surface, but lack any real depth. V for Vendetta is an exception to this trend. The plot is offers alot of depth and there is alot of hidden messages within. If you like a movie that makes you think a little bit and offers a felling of hope, then you won't be able to find much better.

I love this movie even though I'm actually very conservative. There is just something in the narrative that grabs you. The movie is action packed, but the action is good that is there. They get the meaning across, and the locations are cryptic and memorizing. If you want a movie that'll make you think, get this one.

This is a out there kinda flick but by following it and watching it through it is a powerful movie. Kinda radical yes bu by the end you'll find yourself cheering for V and what he stands for. Very very good movie. Watch it!

It is a great movie. Very different from everyday drama, and something that we all need to think about. The blue ray disc even makes the party sweeter. High def if the future and Vendetta is the riding it high!!

Went to theatrical screening during opening week and bought the DVD on day of release. The Blue Ray version has a bigger language selection than the standard DVD, superior picture quality and more audio definition. My first introduction to the Wachowski brothers team was a VHS of Matrix, in V for Vendetta the fight scene of Hugo Weaving and the English Police are well choregraphed. I like also the mask and weapon used by Weaving.

This is a great movie to start with. This movie was based on a very creative and interesting graphic novel from DC Comics, so the plot of the movie is really entertaining. The acting is impresive, and the extras on the blu-ray disc are very fun to watch.

This is a great movie by the team who did The Matrix. It has some great themes about what is happening in the world when people need to stand up and take back their freedom. Bluray has great quality video and audio.

This is a wonderful film about a revolution in the United Kingdom that takes place in the future led by a masked vigilante named V. It's an extremely compelling and fun film to watch as the story unravels in front of you.

This is such an awesome movie. It should be required viewing for EVERY US citizen (politicians, especially). As it was based on a DC comic, it just proves that comics aren't just for little kids anymore.

This is one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life. It is so complex and complicated. I had to watch this several times to understand everything, but it wasn't a pain to do so. Much better than the comic book!!!

This was a great movie. But this is not a movie for everyone it had adult Situations and Graphic Violence. So if you buy it remember don't let your kids watch this movie. But over all it was a great movie for adults.
