Had these headphone for a month. These headphone had great clean bass and good high the mids is a little recess but overall sound excellent.

Great sound and great bass, excellent for the bass head. They are also very clear. I love the build quality with the satisfying click when collapsing the headphones. The kevlar braided cables are very nice also. I would recommend getting the XL cushions though. Makes them even more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

These are very nice headphones with enough bass and volume to not be overpowered by club systems.

I recently purchased an LG V20 smartphone while has an amazing 32 bit hifi dac and amp, and suddenly I realized it was time to upgrade my 6 and 1/2 year old Dr. Dre Beats Studio headphones. After about 3 weeks of research online and test driving some great headphones ( B&W P7's, Sennheiser Momentum 2's, Sony MDR 1000x to name a few), I went with the V- moda's. These are the best over ear closed back headphones (south of a thousand dollars) PERIOD! They need to be played at pretty high volume for a few hours initially to "break them in". They sound great from the start, but after breaking them in they come alive. Also, I ordered the XL Memory Cushions and not only are they more comfortable for extended listening sessions, but the soundstage is a bit wider. I am listening to familiar music from every genre come to life like never before. I could not be happier with this purchase!

Ok,I'm a headphone audiophile with life experiences in various style,and brand cans ( within a price range no higher then $500). I've been on a hunt now for over 3 years and counting for the ultimate headset for gaming,movies,portability ,comfort,outstanding sound for various genres of music,and no higher then $500 budget. Sound was great after burn in period ,option for boom mic 10/10,standard ear pads are very uncomfortable , ordered XL pads but caused ear discomfort over 1 hour period of listening session. If option for oversized bigger ear pads became available would get a 10/10 from me ,also future option for velour pads would fix swamp ears from occurring . I've heard these to be best in the bass world "BUT,when connected to my iPhone 5S with eq set at rock ,song from album ULTRA TRAP:song: "Work"(I use this song for all bass heavy headset trials) became distorted at 3/4 max volume length. All the way cranked horrible bass crackling over screeching highs .. Thought it was defective pair so exchanged out 3X, then I got warning/decline for returns after geek squad rep suggested multiple exchange/return option(which customers should be aware of,returns/exchanges exceeding 3 in a month period ,will blacklist you ). Well hopefully my experience will assist you with choosing what cans you want . Happy shopping , take care .

I expected these to be good considering the price point, but i didnt expect them to be THIS GOOD. The sound is incredibly true. I bought these for my boyfriend who is a deep house DJ to replace his old (but amazing) Technics, I was nervous, but these far surpassed my expectations.

Haven't had them long, but very pleased with this purchase in this price range. Nicest listening cans I've owned at a very reasonable price. Slightly bass-heavy, but very clear mids and highs. Staging and clarity are very good for cans in this price range. I use this daily for music and taking calls on a mobile phone, and so far the performance has been superb. Would definitely recommend in this price range.

The V-Moda crossfade M-100, has everything I wanted in a set of headphones. The audio quality is amazing, and well balanced. Using them on my PC, game audio and voice is crstal clear, without the bass boominess that is all too common in other products. The set was on sale at Best Buy for $149. At that price, I was hard pressed to find a better pair of headphones that came even remotely close. The over-the-ear cups are snug, blending out ambient noise, but comfortable enough to wear for hours. The included cable was a bit short for my purpose, so I did ultimately get the longer "coiled" cable. I have absolutely no regrets on this purchase, just an exceptional buy.

I use to own the crossed lp's and just bought the m100's. In my opinion they are superior in every way! The highs, lows, and mids are all perfectly balanced. Close to near perfection as you can get! The best headphones I have ever owned and I used to have some $600 headphones. You will absolutely love them!

The sound is incredible. I bought the extra large pads from V-Moda because after a long period of time my ears were not comfortable with the ones they came with (So maybe I have big ears, but I'm not the only one that needed to do this) which is why I gave it a 4 for comfort. I would have given them a 5 for comfort if I didn't have to pay for the larger pads. The analog noise isolation is not for jet planes although I use them as such because the Bose 20i were not comfortable for me. The Bose QC15 just didn't sound as good. I actually went to Best Buy to return the V-Moda because of my disappointment with the noise from my flight but when I tested the QC15's I was disappointed with the sound quality and kept the V-Moda's.

I reviewed quite a few over the ear headphones before deciding upon the V-MODA - CROSSFADE M-100. The sound quality is amazing. After only listening to music for a short time, I felt that for the first time I was hearing music the way it was meant to be heard. Each song seemed to have been digitally remastered because I was now experiencing clarity I had never heard before. They are very comfortable over the head and over the ears. They offer a unique styling unlike all of the other headphones people are wearing on the street. The reviews live up to their hype.

These are reviewed as the best basshead cans out there. And they are. They do not distort and the highs are never piercing. Sennheiser Momentums are easier to listen to and are more balanced and musical. But then go back to the V Modas and the bass fun begins again.

I've purchased and returned many headphone until i found these VMODA's... i have a large head 7 3/4 fitted cap, so I needed something that would accommodate my massive dome for long recording sessions and gaming. These headphones not only provide the comfort i need but the sound quality is unbelievable. I would 100% recommend theses to anyone!

The headphones truly are a great value for their performance. Cools design and require no charging! On flights, they work so well - i hardly miss my Beats.

I purchased this at 269.99 and the sound quality for the price was worth it in my opinion. Its produces tight punchy bass without it being overwhelming but this also causes the mids to be slightly recessed. My biggest issue was that the earcups are a little shallow and your ear touches the speaker and it can be quite irritating after an hour or two. However, there are several mods you can do to make it more comfortable (google paper towel mod m100). Other than that, it was a good buy for the price.

I'm a Detailer for a small airport and I can barley hear the props on. The sound is so clear too with all the airport background noise. Of course I pay attention to all the activity around me.

Never heard anything like these, mix them in with the fiio e17 and BOOM. The sound from it, bass, the highs, it all bashes together to create some amazing headphones. And i love the fact that they can be customized. I gave it 4 stars because of the fact that the xl earcups are not an option to be switched when buying these, the normal earcups are for small ears. Everything else is just another plus, the cliqfold extra wires and the flexible headband.

Amazing sound. Brings life to old songs on my mp3 player. Did my homework to look for a nice set of over the ear headphones and these do not disappoint!

Very durable. Build quality is top notch and they sound great. Also comes with a pretty solid case.
