Not the greatest sci-fi story I have ever seen, but from Luc Besson it is suprisingly good.

The special effects are amazing! This is a good movie that belongs in any sci-fi collection.

Based on a graphic novel. Acting sucks, but the story and FX are great. Amazing in 4K!!

Valerian is absolutely beautiful, and it shines in 4K. Highlights included the beach alien race and their world, rivalling Avatar in my opinion with its colors, and the interdimensional market heist. The credit's song is also fantastic. Knocks against it include the wooden male lead, both leads being too young for the roles written for them (they are highly respected, yet look like students), and the nonsensical inclusion of Rihanna as a performing alien. Overall though, the good far outweighs the bad. I recommend it, especially in 4K with a high end television.

This movie is ideal in 4k uhd. The colors are soo rich and vibrant. The sound through dolby atmos is a real experiance to enjoy. Im very happy with this movie and its quality.

I bought this movie for my niece for a movie night. It was a very good movie for a nine year old.

I went int expecting a Sci Fi Star Wars type film and walked away with a more romantic space opera/ comedy. Love it and Cara Delevigne is definitely a perfect fit for Laureline.

This has been one of the first sic-fi movies to grab me, in quite a long time. Great in depth storyline that grabs you, with captivating graphics to bring it all home.

4k quality was good, but preferred 3d version which was not released on DVD.
