This movie is simply GORGEOUS! I've been a fan of Luc Besson's vision for a long time. The Fifth Element is one of my favorite sci-fi movies of all time. And while the main characters are a bit weaker in this movie, the visuals are simply astounding! I'm glad to add it to my steelbook collection-

If you liked THE FIFTH ELEMENT. You'll love this movie. With an exceptional picture and ATMOS sound, the movie tells the story of two elite agents trying to recover equipment needed to save the incredible world of the future. It has lots of action, some romance, and scenery you have to see to believe.

LUC BESSON , his name guarantees great film . This childhood favorite is created after decades and displays masterful filmmaking and imagination. Beautiful cinematic scenery , action , screenplay . LUC BESSON was behind his iconic The Fifth Element movie and this new adventure , even surpasses that .

The movie was kind of slow at first, but I stuck with it, and it was worth the wait. The visual effects were phenomenal. I liked the story line as well. I fell like it was worth the purchase.

Very good movie, I read the comics first and like Luc Besson as a director. Yes the movie can be a little slow sometimes but overall a very good entertainment. I hope a second installment will come. Please read the comics, they inspired many directors (including George Lucas) and other comics authors.

Was pretty good hopefully there will be a second one with more action and story focus versus the lovey dovey stuff. One of the clearest 4K movies I have seen it was very pretty to look at

If you need something else besides MIB movies then you need to buy this movie. The plot changes as soon as they get into trouble so it does not drag at all.

Great story line and adventure. Spectacular visuals. If you love sci-fi you will love this one. Could not take my eyes off of the screen. If you do you will definitely miss something. Had to watch several times to pick up on everything going on in foreground and background. Don't miss this one.

This move's plot was a little linear in the beginning but became more interesting near the end. If you are looking for a Sci Fi movie reminiscent of The Fifth Element you may enjoy this.

Unrated due lack of American name recognition. This is a foreign film really. Based on a French comic book, French director, and mostly English cast. Culturally different and well done.

Luc Besson has truly outdone himself with this visual masterpiece and in depth look at the unknown. This is not your average Science Fiction movie, it's so much more. The plot, the characters, and the performances were outstanding.

The story line was well done, but the graphics were amazing. The director did a great job of building the story background and then laying the tale within the confines of it. Well done.

Unlike a lot of people, I quite enjoyed this adventure through the universe. A CGI heavy world and a simple plot is sometimes all you need for a fun ride.

This is a very teenager movie and my daughter loves it. I wish there more more movie like this which is fun to watch without all the R elements. The flow of the storyline is just right - not too fast and not too slow. I will re-watch it a couple of times more just to re-enjoy some moments.

Visually this movie is amazing, most other things about the movie is just average.

Valerian tries hard to be the next Fifth Element. It's basically a fast-paced sci-fi comedy with a lot of CG...nothing we haven't seen before in this day and age. I found it moderately enjoyable, but it doesn't really stand out as exceptional either. The characters and plot are fine, it just doesn't inject anything new to the formula and much of the dialogue / jokes seem forced. If you like Fifth Element, Star Wars, and Star Trek, you'll appreciate Valerian on a creative level as I did–just don't expect to be blown away.
