Bought this movie because I liked the film. I have loved most of Luc Besson's films, from the Fifth Element, the Transporter to Lucy. This is another one with great special effects. Give it a view!

While the acting of the main characters does have some flaws. The concept is original and highly entertaining.

Filled with some fun features, this movie has some great video/audio transfers if you're looking for a space epic. I prefer the fifth element, but since that story was based on this source material I thought I'd give it a shot. not a must have, but if you can get it for a good deal, def fun to leave on while youre doing work around the house. I loved the opening scene though.

I hadn’t watched this movie in theatres and while shopping at Best Buy I decided to pick this up. Right away I was hooked on the plot and wish I had seen this movie sooner.

This movie is so clear and colorful especially on our projector tv, so cool to watch , story was kinda boring

Coming from the director of The Fifth Element I had expected this film to be a 4K visual feast and I wasn't let down. The imagery, colors, and action all combine for a great viewing experience.

The plot is great, the two leading actors not so much, but the effects and the rest of the cast save the movie.

As an avid steelbook case collector, this one looked too good to pass up. Valerian is a fun movie with an expansive universe, harmed by a lead actor that wasn't a fit. Still an enjoyable watch though.

I don't now what all the fuss is about with this movie, especially from the critics, but i thoroughly enjoyed this movie and have seen it several times already. Wish i had seen in it in the theater.

Very good story, well developed and written with amazing special effects! Its hard to innovate in sci-fi movies and this one won't disappoint you, specially Rihanna's part. Great family movie!

With the hype I expected a great,futuristic movie........... Futuristic it indeed was,but just a very poor movie,special effects and cgi were great,but the movie was just lacking from beginning to end. You know it’s not a captivating movie when you don’t pause it to go to the bathroom or make a coffee.Well made,just lacking.In my collection but will likely never see the light of day again.

Valerian and Laureline the main characters are a special ops team charged with maintaining order in the 28 Century in the visually stunning city of Alpha. And characters are out of this world.

This movie is made for 4K. The plot was okay but there were parts that disturbed me since it’s clearly a bit racist.

I have watched this movie about 5 times now! The special effects and story line is fantastic! It flows really well from beginning to end. I can't say enough about how much I loved this movie.

I didn't know anything about this movie when I first purchased it, but after watching it, I was very amused.This is a visually stunning film and it moves very quickly. Very clever science fiction movie.

I've seen the actor playing Valerian in several other movies and have been impressed thus far with his range of characters he can play. This one is no different. This movie was definitely worth the watch.

Valerian is a great and different science fiction movie among all the other "alien" type movies. It's fun and visually stunning. Also, I really loved the cute and cuddly alien animals for a change.

I was so hoping to love this movie like I do The Fifth Element, but not so. The visuals in this movie are stunning, like the Fifth, but the actor choices are definitely not up to par. The main guy character is so unlikeable I didn't care what actually happened to him. The female can't say she did any better of a job. Overall it is still a decent movie to escape into.
