This is a very teenager movie and my daughter loves it. I wish there more more movie like this which is fun to watch without all the R elements. The flow of the storyline is just right - not too fast and not too slow. I will re-watch it a couple of times more just to re-enjoy some moments.

Valerian tries hard to be the next Fifth Element. It's basically a fast-paced sci-fi comedy with a lot of CG...nothing we haven't seen before in this day and age. I found it moderately enjoyable, but it doesn't really stand out as exceptional either. The characters and plot are fine, it just doesn't inject anything new to the formula and much of the dialogue / jokes seem forced. If you like Fifth Element, Star Wars, and Star Trek, you'll appreciate Valerian on a creative level as I did–just don't expect to be blown away.

I enjoyed this movie in the theater and this 4K version. The colors especially stick out well in the beginning of the movie and makes everything look beautiful. SeeIng Rihanna’s performance is an added treat! I recommend this movie to fans of sci-if movies like 5th Element.

An interesting watch for sure. I like the concepts presented here but I feel, in the end, the whole thing would have been better without the romantic element being included at all.

A different future space adventure movie. Lots of action and intrigue. A great host of characters with a different plot from the usual Space movie.

This was a typical Boy/Girl love story, but with a science fiction twist. The visuals were a next step. The story line could have been better and also didn't explain enough backstory with the war, those involved and its outcome, but overall not a bad popcorn and coke movie.

it was a little hard to follow at times. it was a very good movie, but it the trailers were a bit misleading as to the purpose of the movie. otherwise it was a very good movie.

I am not sure why this did not receive better reviews. I thought it was better than some sci-fi cult classics. The special effects were good and the story was decent.

We saw this when it came out in the theaters. The acting is not very good, but the CGI was pretty good. We liked it enough to have to get it when it came out on 4K for the kids.

This was a great purchase. Purchased the steel case blueray and digital copy for only 14 dollars with the Best Buy daily deal. Best Buy has great shipping as well; was originally told I would receive within 5 days and got in two days early. Good movie especially for the price.

I love this movie and bought another copy for the digital version. It wasn't until I attempted to add this to my moviesanywhere account, linked to Vudu, that I found Lionsgate doesn't participate in digital anything. I'm not able to use the movie for one of its intended purposes and for the purpose of my purchase.

Decent movie. Reminds me alot of the 5th element. Acting was so so, but it's syfy; alot of the acting is so so. Overall, fun movie to watch and the steelbook is pretty cool .

A Great Futuristic concept, and Awesome special effects. The special effect scenes of the marketplace were OUTSTANDING! Well done, to the production and special effects guys.

They just, in my opinion, cast the wrong actor for the lead role. Aside from that, this was a fun spfx filled action packed ride! Loved watching it again in 4K!

I had no idea what this movie was about when I bought it, but you know what? It's actually a really good Sci fi movie and has a great story and excellent special effects.

This movie is very underrated in my opinion. The trailer sucked, which was probably the #1 reason it performed badly in my opinion. Much better than I expected.

I was not sure I would like this movie, but it surprised me. The visuals are breathtaking and the pacing good. Not much of a story, but it provided an entertaining evening.

Good movie, great way to show your 4k HDR TV. Cinematography, colors are truly amazing. It makes a great pairing with fifth element (same director). cara delevingne is great in this movie. A truly enjoyable ride.

This is a movie not about superheros but about space cops investigating a case. If you think you would like that, and all of the fun aliens then you should like the movie.
