Not quite up to the standards of The Fifth Element, but the special effect and cinematography are good, especially watching in HDR 4K.

Love this movie with all this different interconnection and narratives and scenarios, loved it! Of course their love story made the man be right, the way we humans want to be!

This movie had a lot of graphics a lot of bright colors in the story line was OK I’ll give it about a B+

Great popcorn movie, just watch it for the visuals and don't be to critical of the story line and you might really enjoy the movie.

The story is a little boring and convaluted but the visuals on a 4K TV will blow you away. Not disappointed for the price.

Wasn't as bowled over as I thought I would be but it was a strange and somewhat interesting movie.

So I went into this not reading reviews first. There were a couple of scenes where I had to divert little eyes but nothing too bad.

Loved it. Beginning to End especially when Rihanna entered the scene movie became 100 percent better

VALERIAN and the City of a Thousand Planets is a truly great science fiction/action thriller. I enjoyed it start to finish.

Great visual effects. Besson tells a good story but casting was only do so. Really liked the 5th Element look of the cityscapes.

French Comics brought to the big Screen. If you are looking for something different and enjoy comic book movies this is a watcher.

This is made by the same guy who did THE FIFTH ELEMENT. I think the main characters should have been someone else. That would have changed the whole story lines quality. I liked it. Definitely worth watching.

Luc Besson sci-fi movies are always interesting at the least. This one is a younger, hipper movie with awsome special effects.

It is a nice steelbook. Was hoping I'd enjoy the art on the box more in person but it is what it is. I found the movie quite fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I already owned it on bluray & upgraded to 4k because I knew such a colorful movie would look amazing in 4K. I hope there is a sequel.

The story of this movie is OK. But, the graphics and special effects are astounding especially if you watch it in 4K.

Film is a visual delight. Makes a great double feature with the Fifth Element. Both stories could easily inhabit the same universe. Fans of the Fifth Element will easily be pleased with this film as well.

Really enjoyed this adventurous space expedition. Was super excited to see Rihanna playing an alien in there too. A really good watch if you're into scifi movies etc.
