Extraordinary visual delight. Story was okay, acting alright. Expected more than the visuals from Besson, but it was not boring, and was fun at times.

Sony Pop Art for steelbooks is usually bad, this one isn't terrible I suppose, the movie itself is ok, forgettable

I am a fan of Luc Besson. I saw the preview of Valerian in a theater and had it on my list to see on the big screen. I flaked on that plan, but still wanted to see it as the preview reminded me of The Fifth Element which was a trip. I was disappointed. The plot was ridiculous - no surprise from a Besson film. But I thought the lead performers were awful. Humor was lacking, and while there were some gorgeous scenes, for the most part it seemed really dark.

Great color, story a bit confusing , teenage super hero's Ok if your bored.

Summary says it all. Rating is based on the movie. Its alright. Just not $22.99 alright. Luckily it went down to $7.99 on Black Friday.

This film had so much potential but failed to come through. Great story and effects but the acting left much to be desired. Still not a bad movie.

movie wasn't bad. I've seen better. ok to watch if you have nothing else to do. never really explains what's going on, gets confusing .

The science fiction aspect of this movie is great, the storyline is not. It does have some great featurettes and the sleeve art is cool.

It was visually appealing but the actors/characters just didn't click, not like The Fifth Element also directed by the same director

This was actually a pretty good movie, I was surprised with it. The picture quality and graphics were very nice.

The special effects in Valerian are amazing as well as the different planet scapes the movie takes place on. The story and acting are ok.

I guess I would give this 3.5 stars if I could. It’s slightly above average IMO. The 4K is stunning visually. Plenty of action here.

Unfortunately thats all this movie has going for it. Not really a good movie but cool visuals.

The movie itself was just ok, but considering I bought this on Black Friday for only a few bucks, I can't really complain. My biggest grip however was that the digital code continued to bring up an error during the redeeming process. It is possible that the code expired, but most codes tend to still redeem fine regardless of whether or not there's an expiration date.

Not the world's greatest movie but a visual spectacle and a fun watch. One of my favorite steelbook case designs as well.

The kids really liked this movie.Nice visuals and a great value.

Bad casting, extremely bright colors, no story, nothing for others to enjoy. I kind of liked it but for odd reasons.
