    My son always likes these as a gift, especially at Christmas time when Steam is having a gaming sale (more bang for his buck). BUT one of the two cards I ordered wasn't activated.....huge bummer! Best buy needs to make sure they are activating the cards before sending!!!

    As Steam is a PC based service, the flexibility and value of a Steam gaming gift card is a far better value than any other available. In addition Steam regularly drops prices on various games so the value can be far greater than the cards face value.
