    Horrible after I received it I tried to scratch off to reveal the code and the entire thing rubbed off including the number. I called best buy they told me to bring it to the closest store. I get there they tell me nothing they can do, call steam. Best buy had horrible customer service. But thankfully, thank God for steam.Not only did they give me the $20.They gave me double for my trouble. Not cool best buy

    Shipped right away. The packaging was not ideal - flat cardboard , totally sealed - I ended up cutting into the card when trying to open the packaging. Card worked right away, though. Zero problems, all activated and what not.
