Steam is THE go to place for PC gaming. These cards make it that much easier if you don't want to put a credit card on your PC when buying through Steam. Maybe you don't want your credit card info on the same PC as your child or maybe you just don't trust the internet...either way...it's easy and you'll have cash to buy just about any game ever created for PC.

Went back to Best Buy on Black Friday to pick this up - so glad I did. The Steam website had their annual online fall sale during Thanksgiving weekend of which I took advantage of - bought a few older PC games with this card. If you are looking to buy some PC games online with this - I recommend Steam cards (also comes in $50 and $100 increments also).

If you used any other pre-paid card for other services, you know what to expect. You scratch off the back, type in the code, you get credit in your wallet. The best thing about getting these from Best Buy is when they have they're occasional sale on pre-paid gaming cards. They don't get taxed and most of the time have the option to pickup at stores. Good deal.

My son loves his Steam gift card. He can buy whatever he likes and wants.

My child is to young to have a checking or credit card. They have to do extra chores to earn money and then they can choose the gift card they want. This allows him to buy steam games and upgrades without using my CC and having these companies automatically charging stuff to my CC. Once the balance is out, its back to doing chores.

As most know Steam is a game portal of sorts for those who play games. It is a good gift card for those who are engaged in Steam games. However, before adding the amount of the card to your account, please read the game instructions carefully as some have a " maintenance" type fee per month.

Great gift a PC gamer. I like getting this as a gift to buy VR games on steam. So many options for great games these no way to go wrong.

Best Buy is the best except for Circuit City where the people on the floor were very knowledgeable and eager to help you because they were on commission. At Best Buy is it harder find help and anyone who knows much. But I expect that to change after reading this review and knowing that Big Boxes are in trouble. What to do? Excellent service!

My family rather get the Stream card than any other gift cards .They always ask me to get Stream gift card. They say they are easier to use .

The best investment you can possibly make for gamers of all ages and size steam is the best platform for anything arcade RPG action adventure and all that fun stuff. Steam has the best interface.
