We bought a Steam card to our grandson. He is a Steam user and need money in his account. Easy to order on Best Buy website. You can purchase great games for kids and adults.

These things are exactly what you think they are... only had a couple issues before where the code wasn't available for redemption right away (not sure if there is a delay involved when they scan it and check it out?) Steam is easily the best way to manage and download most of your PC games.

I know that you can buy your games directly on Steam but why not get Beat Buy rewards points too? These are great to purchase for yourself, or as a gift. There's not much better than the gift of game, and these cards let the recipient decide on the title(s)!

Easy to buy and makes a great gift. Almost always avalable when I go to Best Buy.

I was having issues w google play cards. I send them to my husband oversees. On more than 1 occasion he had issues downloading the google cards. He told me to try the steam card & he’s not had any issues! :)

Steam Wallet Card allows you too add money into your account. For Credit Card you have to put your information and etc. Steam Wallet Card is much better, then using a Credit Card, because it's a less of a hassle to use.

I put money on the gift card and brought it home. Much to my pleasant surprise the money did not disappear into the cash register and instead magically appeared on the card. I purchased a game and so I would say this product works well for the average human.

Having digital credit in the steam wallet is great. You can purchase a game, install and try it out for a couple hours then decide to return or keep. I love that ability as a game can look cool in screenshots, but not in reality.

Steam is by far my favorite PC gaming platform of choice and I appreciate being able to purchase gift cards from Best Buy for our family, but Best Buy does have a habit of failing to activate these gift cards prior to mailing them out. When you launch the steam client, you can open your 'games' menu to see the 'redeem codes' item. It will open a screen with a space to enter your steam code. The money from the gift card loads right into your steam wallet. Fast, easy and a great gift for any pc gamer.

You cant get better than getting a steam gift card. Games under steam account gives you a variety game to buy abd sometimes to rest also.
