My son loves Steam cards. This review has nothing to do with the cards themselves but with the processing of the order. One of the two Steam cards I ordered worked as expected. The second one had a wrong serial number entered in the Best Buy system and did not work. I called customer service and the rep was able to re-enter the correct serial number and activate the second card.

Being able to get steam cards at best buy is great. They make great gifts as well as a nice way to spend your best buy gift cards if you don't need anything in the store.
