I was very unhappy when I got the card only to find out the code was already been used.

I bought these wireless headphones so my wife and I can watch TV while running on the treadmill. Can,t get them to work. I don't know if they are charged. There is supposed to be a charging light that comes on when charged. I am not seeing a light. I have looked all around the stand where the light is supposed to be and I can't see anything resembling a light source! Very disappointing for a Sony product.I will try again, but if nothing happens it will go back.

Card would not load. Evidently it was not activated before it was sent out.

Don't buy this type of gift card through Bestbuy. We bought a Steam card and the code was invalid. It was already redeemed by someone else. We called Steam, they said to talk to Bestbuy. Bestbuy tranferred us to 5 people, none of them could help us. We had to eat the cost.

12 cards arrived in a pack that I purchased for $100, all of them were invalid and worth nothing. The item is "non returnable" therefore I have to make a trip to a local Best Buy to exchange it for a valid card. Pretty crappy service and a very poor overall experience.

Trying to find Steam cards over the last month in the Norman store has been frustrating. Out of cards. No one knows when more will be available. I finally found the cards I wanted at another retailer. I won't be visiting Best Buy for gift cards anymore.

Buyer beware! Best Buy can't or won't help if your card doesn't work. Mine didn't and Steam was "too bad". A waste of $50. Never again. Thanks, Best Buy. Why are you even selling these?

I received my card and when attempting to redeem it, got invalid. Card appears to have been shipped inactivated and funds have posted from card used to purchase. I have not had this issue at other retailers before. Will not purchase these again from Best Buy.

your phone system is the worse. Hangs up on you or sends you to some hold space the hangs up on you. Trying to get a human was like the unemployment system. poor. Managers know no nothing about the rules for returns. One tells you one thing then they tell you anther.

It was really easy using the gift card. Steam games are the best.

Bought the card but the scratch section was dried out. I contacted the Steam Support and they were able to help me.

As it's name, gift card. I purchased as a gift for someone else. The person said the card was unusable and Best Buy didn't do anything to get my money back or replace the card. I also had the same issue with Google play from Target. I think I rather purchase gift cards directly from the source. Too much money to lose.
