I received the cards and they were already redeemed. This has happened before and I realize this happens often. I wish steam cards would come up with a different system.

One of the cards worked. one of them didn’t. I then bought a 100 card online and that one didn’t work either. No instructions on what to do in that situation, so I am out $150.

I paid my 100$ for a card that I wasn’t able to use because when I put the numbers in it said that the card had already been used even though everything was sealed up and I was the only one who touched the card. I guess that’s the chance you take

I ordered this product and scratched off the back and the child I send it to says it's coming up as been used that's impossible cause I received it on May 18th and scratched the silver off of the card I don't see how it has already been used.

Disappointed, the gift card was on sale, when the recipient went to use the card the code showed as invalid. Now I’m out $47.50, not to mention embarrassed and having to replace the gift.

Nothing special just a card you can buy video games online.

The code ripped off with the sticker. Non returnable. I can't use the cards at all. Didn't have the cash right now so used the credit card. Don't waste your money.

My kid decided he could not go on with out this product

I can not give a positive rating of shopping at Best Buy. Every time I try to purchase Steam Cards or iTunes cards the order is always canceled. I have not being given a reason for the cancelation. Bad business.

Purchased these and went to scratch off code and redeem them. And it says that the code has already been redeemed when I havent touched or done anything to it etc.

Of course you're going to say it's non-refundable when I opened up the package the card had already been scratched off the customer is always right you all owe me some money

Thought it would be better then what it actually showed

Just drove 50 miles and bought two fifty dollar steam card. Took the prizm off the code and most of it I can't read. I'm so mad I guess it's non refundable. Thanks best buy

The only reason im giving this a 3 when l peeled off the sticker for the code l couldnt read the code 50.00 down the drain since l couldn't return it.

I scratched it off and it had already been used. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. Also, not the same type of card. I also bought an amazon card, a couple of weeks before that, and it had already been used also.

I purchased two cards at $50 each and neither of them worked (CARD CREDIT ALREADY USED - FROM NEW CARDS - TOTAL SCAM!) Extremely disappointing and out $100

So you buy a gift card to get credit on steam to get a whole lot of overe priced digital crap which actually amounts to nothing. Paying real money for imaginary crap is why the world is failing.

My steam wallet cards $100 and $50 cards were not activated and a month before I ordered the same two cards but the $100 card wasn’t activated so I’m not happy with the situation at all

Did NOT work - don't buy this! After revealing the code - Steam card did not work - no number on back to call - $100 wasted - SCAM!

Cards were not activated. Tried to redeem and was advised code is invalid. Forums show this is a common issue with Best Buy Gift cards. They send them without activating them.
