HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROCESS. AVOID!!!

You have to provide a photo, a photo ID, an order # (apparently they can't link correspondence to an order). Tried to purchase a gift card for my nephew and it took 5 emails back and forth with them continuing to ask for additional information. I finally gave up. Send your friends and family a check, Venmo or credit card instead. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!

Does Not Work!

Was told to wait 24hours as it could be awhile before it activated. Waited 2 days and tried again. Still not working. No clue what to do so i guess I'm going to spend the next few days calling support and getting the run around. Never going to buy a card from bestbuy ever again.

When he scratched off to reveal the code it took part of the numbers/letters off so he can'tuse it. I called BB and they said I have to go to the store which is an hour away. I wish there was a way to get a new one without driving to the store.

Best Buy sent not activated. Unusable

I got I call that they tried to redeem but it having problems. My friend in another state had to work with Best Buy to resolve. Huge headache and unnecessary.
