Arrived Not Activated

My card arrived and it had not been activated either. After contacting customer service, they were able to see that the card had yet to be activated on their end. I ordered this for myself, so it was frustrating, but ultimately resolved fairly easily. Had this been a gift for someone else, it would have been a complete mess. I am selecting yes I would recommend, but with reservations as my experience was far from ideal.
