Steam is great, the card code on back needs care

The card left a bit to be desired. BE CAREFUL with the code on back. I went to scratch the covering of the code and it peeled like a sticker. I assumed I was supposed to peel instead of scratch and wound up tearing and making the code unreadable when I just scratched the coating off. To be fair, it plainly states to scratch gently but because of the way it reacted I tried to peel. I contacted customer service but because it was the weekend (I assume) it took a few days to get a response. They completely resolved the issue and I was able to load the card.
