I used the web to go to the nearest Best Buy store to get a steam card. I chatted with a rep that worked there and told them I had a gift card from them that I used to get a Steam gift card with. The first time I tried this transaction, it was cancelled that same day, the rep said I just need to update my info (address, credit card info and such) so I did. They told me the purchase would go back onto the card. They told me to try the transaction again. This time it worked and three weeks later, the charge showed up on my bank account. Now I don’t have the $50 gift card as it was supposed to be taken off the Best Buy gift card. I am heartbroken because I don’t have the card number of the gift card as they told me i wouldn’t need it after I put it in. I downloaded Oblivion onto my laptop from Steam and I will play it after work today. I feel like I lost out on the $50 and I know now that YOU CANNOT PURCHASE A GIFT CARD WITH A GIFTCARD.

I love shopping with Best Buy especially online I order steam card for my daughter who is a game :-) shipping was fast definitely one of my favorite stores to shop.

From what I’ve learned, this is better than a Google card. If you buy more than one, have them as separate purchases. The cashier ran both of mine at once and only one card validated.

Steam is a excellent game company. Good gift for kids. Great product! Definitely buy it if wanted! So I think it’s worth the buy!

I buy from Bestbuy because I get points with it, rather than just purchasing it straight from steam. It's interesting to note that if you buy it this way with a rewards credit card the hundred dollars you do spend is worth a little bit more.

For my kid for Christmas. He gets one every year. He likes to play old school games on the computer, and he wants one of these for Christmas every year. He's 25.

If you are going to obtain games thru Steam anyway like i do then how can you not obtain this product. By purchasing two prepaid cards I was able to get a 15% saving on one of the cards. That is 15% free money from Best Buy.
