This card is great as a present or if you don't own a credit card. Although if you are buying them a new game, you might want to get more than just $50. Sadly most new triple A games are $60 or more now a days.

Whenever there is an occasion for my son, I purchase this instead of an actual game. This is always on his birthday and Christmas list.

Well, it does what it does. Buy stuff thru steam but the stuff can get expensive so $50 is not too bad.
