Bought this steam card as a gift for Christmas and it’s been a nightmare. Tried redeeming the code and it didn’t work. I ordered this online and it was shipped to me. I’m pretty sure they just sent me the gift card without activating it first. I called customer support and they told me there was nothing they can do because all gift cards are non refundable. So I contacted steam support and they told me use the code on the card. I was like ummm duh I know how to read. The code isn’t working. It’s been days with no resolution! Bought this card and still don’t have the stream credits. No one is finding a resolution. Definitely will NEVER BE DOING THIS AGAIN WITH BEST BUY!!! Now Best Buy has my money and I have no steam credits to show for it.

I get extra points on my best buy card for purchasing the same thing for the same price I could get from Steam. Considering the games I play, I'm in Best Buy anyway getting other supplies so it all works out.

Keep you info secure and offline. Better to purchase a steam card and not use your CC, than to have your CC info stolen... Easy to to redeem in the Steam Store.
