    Purchased for a friend and when they tried to redeem the card, it said the code had already been used and I couldn’t get my money back so I switched to razer gold

    Purchased 5 Steam cards, 1 was good the other 3 were bad, Once I scratched off the codes and tried to redeem them, I received a message that the code has already been redeemed. How can that happen. I never tried to redeem the last card. Tried to return the cards for a refund or exchange, Bestbuy refused me. VERY POOR customer service.
