    I ordered this product 10 days before Christmas and it never came. About time I went back and forth with customer services my son got his gift cards About 2 weeks after Christmas. Next time I will stick with Amazon

    This gift card was a major hassel. It would not work and it took my son several times to deal with Best Buy & Steam to finally get it functional. In the end, it did work, but what a Pain!

    Neither card I received worked. I tried calling several times, and kept being sent to different numbers. I have paid 40.00 for 2 steam gift cards that do not work.

    The cards that I got for my nephew weren’t activated I just waste time and money I will not buy gift cards at your store I don’t trust Best Buy
