I prefer using wallet cards versus using a credit card on Steam as it is much safer. The $50 card is what I typically buy as it is a convenient amount.

My parents gave me two Steam wallet cards for my birthday. The only step required to redeem the card is to type in the code on the back of the card into the steam website. One of the cards worked and one did not. After going through Steam's support for over a week they determined that the code was valid but had not been activated and sent me back to the retailer. After several more days, Best Buy support finally got it activated so that I could use it. Really not worth the hassle for $20.

I use Steam to purchase PC and Mac games. My only complaint with steam is many of the older games have compatibility issues with Windows 10.

Invalid With Grand New Card. Please DON'T buy this card . I brought this card 50$ with the card REDEEMED ready . The card looks Grand New with the seal . I try to contract the Best Buy they told me contact to Stream. The Steam told me this card REDEEMED ready. The Best Buy sold the card REDEEMED . You will lose my money. PLEASE DON'T BUY STEAM CARD.

It is the only storevthat sells the Steam wallet card. That is the card my grand kids ask for the MOST!!!!

If you haven't tried Steam yet and you're a gamer - you need to. A Steam gift card is a great way to purchase games on the Steam platform.

This makes a good gift but if you're buying something for yourself you should just buy directly on platform or from game key distributor at a discount. Steam is very much so not the best available price usually. This is sometimes available with a special offer and that is usually worthwhile.
