Great product, but horrible service!

However, the persona who handle the eBay transaction messed up the card, the number could never been activated. After sending numerous numbers to complain, it was evident whoever was responding to my email could not understand English properly. Not only were my request neglected, we were literally going in circles. I had to come to the physical store and spend more than an hour to activate the card, which absolutely defeats the purpose of online shopping. Once again, no problem with the product, but HUGE problem with the service! I wish someone would talk to me to address this issue...

I bought it online so I can give it to a friend as a birthday gift, and IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED. It's embarrassing to give it as a gift, and quite a let down. Then I went online to go on Best Buy live chat to ask someone to activate it, only to get a message "All Agents Are Busy."

DON’T BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!

If they don’t work for some reason, you’re OUTA luck! They won’t even give store credit; you have to call the gift card company directly who is no help. You’re better off tossing your money in the trash!

Does what it is supposed too

Would have been nice if Best Buy had all card increments in one place, not scattered throughout the store. Purchased $50 because there were no $25 cards. Turns out there were $25 cards but only by the register and I didn't see them until after checking out.
