It is easy to use, I like Steam a lot and have games

Got charged tax on a card that just gives you money (it's basically a gift card). It should have been tax free. Otherwise it is exactly as expected. If you're looking to get Steam credit, skip this one and get one of the regular ones (no tax).

I purchased a steam gift card as a gift for someone. When this person tried using it, all it said was "invalid code" no matter how many times it was entered.. so, I practically just gave best buy money for no reason..

You can buy them cheaper at sam club a third of the cost

Ordered as a gift and they lliked it, I would not buy another one because it is too expensive for what it does. I do not suggest it to anyone.

i bought the steam product and the information on the back was not on the purchase now i am out 50.00 I an 80 years old and didnt know or understand why the purchase was not guaranted but i will continue shopping at best bys

The delivery process was disorganized. 3 people asked me for my pickup info and no one ever came out with it. Finally a guy got my info and went in and got it himself.

I was totally unaware over how much controversy there is to buying and using these gift cards. A definite no no.

Not one of the 12 S20.00 Steam Cards were usable. $240.00 out of my pocket for something that was useless.

I have used these cards in the past. They provide the access needed to some outstanding games. The unfortunate part of these cards is that they are subject to manipulation using fake cover-up over pin. Upon checking with the company recourse was SUPER DIFFICULT even with a receipt. Company claimed there's nothing they can do. CAVEAT EMPTOR -. "BUYER BEWARE"!

I had two Steam gift cards shipped to me from BestBuy.com, and both failed to redeem on Steam. Steam told me that the cards were not activated by the seller, and so I had to contact Best Buy customer service to get them activated. While this issue got resolved, it was a hassle to deal with and also a bit worrying at first since this was $200 worth of gift cards. Never had this happen before.

It’s a gift card for a digital store front for PC games. You can browse Steam’s selection yourself to find something you like. It’s literally the biggest digital distributor of games.

Wish Steam cards were available closer to my home.

It did not work. I would not buy it as it does not work.

Just bought during the buy 1 get 1 15% off. Received the correct cards, but on them is a sticker with a ship to/order # which does not match my name/info and is addressed to someone else. On the shipping package it does have my correct information though. Not sure if I should redeem these cards yet due to that or if it'll cause any problems so can't say if the product is good or not.
