Typical gift card that can only be used on the Steam website. It can be used to purchase games and things. Had to get it now before the sale at the site was over in a few days.

Had to go back since the person there didn’t activate them correctly the first time

This is not a great purchase because it was too hard to set up.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Sent these cards as gifts and BOTH were bad.....already activated. Now I have just gone thru resolution on another gift card.....resulting in NO resolution! I want replacement cards or IMMEDIATE REFUND FOR ALL 3! I am handicapped and in a wheelchair and unable to get to nearest Best Buy (2 hrs away). HELP.

Steam gift card nephew loved it. Big gamer saves shopping for gifts they would use.

I forgot my password and need to get another password to get my first password. I just gave up and tried to return the card but they would not take it back. very upset

I had no use for the gift cards. I was told I needed to buy them for some kind of a security from hacking. I was also told that I would get my money back, but have heard nothing from anyone about that. I have had many problems with my computer, and I don't like having to make appointments to bring it in. They checked it for viruses and said it was okay. Then,I get a message from Geek Squad about needing security from hacking. Contacting the Egan store, I cancelled my credit card that I gave to cover the $400 charge, for which I was sent these gift cards, which I gave the numbers on the back to someone from "Geek Squad" and have not heard any more. It might be because my monitor went black and I could not access my computer for over a week. Now the monitor is working fine without my taking it in, but I am about ready to have it looked it by someone else. My husband & I are elderly and it is hard for me to take the computer in to the store all the time, and they charge to come out and look at it. On limited income, I find it has become very frustating right now.

Let my son purchases not sure what it was but he says it's excellent gift to get someone for Christmas so give it a shot!

I bought this for my nephew. He loves what he was able to buy with the card!

It wasn't easy gift to give to someone that they could use for games

Dont ever buy a steam card and have it shipped to you. Gave them the benefit of a doubt and when i got the steam card it had not been activated or any money loaded onto it. Waste of $100. And of course there is no returns on steam cards.

I was always told the customer is always right, why would you set limits on items if a custom wants to buy them they should be able to.

its a gift card...how can it be wrong? My grand daughter said its what she wanted

Individual experiences may vary. That's a fact. Me personally I wont waste any more money into steam. Just becomes a waste.

Steam support is so bad it makes best buy support look good

After tried the code and get invalid I write to steam and they told me the code is working good and sent me the same code again. Tried into my account and says redeemed. Lost my money.

I would really prefer $100 increments due to the fact that bonus points are given in that denomination and not two separate $50 transactions

Pretty sad when you steam cards you can’t return them .
