Associate must not have activated it correctly. It did not work. Purchased as a present. Need to return to see what the problem is. Just inconvenient.

The code came off when sticker removed. So unable to use card. Wasted money!

Steam cards are activated at the register. I ordered them online and received 2 of 3 NOT active. We have contacted support and not heard back.

Can't really go wrong with it. It's just a steam card. I just wish they would start doing online digital PSN code purchases that are emailed.

I went to two stores. The one on colonial in Orlando, it was 5:00 when I entered the store to look for a car stereo at the same time I bought a STEAM card. The store had maybe 2 dozen people in the whole store. I looked for any sales person in the store and show about three sales people either roaming around or chatting with each other. I went to the front desk, they said that they would send somebody back to the car stereo area, waited 10 minutes and walked out. I was ready to buy a radio. I went from there to the millennium Mall Best buy and the salesman there caught up with me right away and helped me tremendously. I was ready to go to a completely different company to buy my stereo system when that first incident happened. That's how you lose customers. The first store I give a two-star and the second store which was millennium Mall I give five.
