I used this as a gift card for a teenager. appears to work

Would have been better digital. 20min drive to pick up but oh well.

I wanted to by Xcom so I came and bought the card since I only had cash on me

When I loaded card to computer it didnt work bad I emailed company no response wasted 20.00

This is a gift card purchase, not a lot to say about same.

They didnt scan the card before sending so the code didnt work

I bought this for a friend. Very easy to buy and use! It was a hot!

I purchased a $100.00 Steam Card for my friend. He scratched the number and put in the code. Told him it was already claimed by someone else. There has been NO human contact to make this right. I keep getting transferred from one area to another and the mechanical choices aren't what I want. I have been trying to get a replacement code without any luck and now I am out $100.00. Need to adjust policies so people can get help instead of leaving them stranded. All because of these number generators that are giving away codes for free.

I ordered the card on line for store pick up. Store pickups are always so convenient, I love that Best Buy offers this option. Usually, your purchase is ready to be picked up within 15 minutes of placing your order on line. You go straight to the pick up counter and you pick up your item after they confirm your identity, and you're done. Easy Breezy -there's no walking around the store trying to find what you want - it's waiting for you at the counter! This time there was a slight snag, as I had chosen the Steam cards with the "Dota" logo because I thought my kids would like that better than the regular Steam Logo card, and when the floor personnel filled my order, they put the regular logo cards in the order, instead of the "Dota" logo ones. It was ok with me, but for the computer the order had to be filled with the correctly labeled cards. The clerk behind the counter was slightly annoyed that the right cards weren't put in, but she happily went to get the correct cards to fulfill my order. It was Christmastime so I can understand whoever filled the order in the store with the regular Steam Logo cards was probably overwhelmed and busy, and didn't realize I wanted a different picture for the front, or that the UPC number wasn't the same. This was the one and only time I'd ever experienced any wait time in the store pick up line. My kids love these cards for their computers. It's really easy to log into their Steam accounts and buy whatever games they want.

If someone is in to Steam, this is a good gift. Would recommend.
