i could not get it to work so i cannot give it a review

I wish I can give this 0 review. For real, I'm so maddd. I purchased this and got it within 2-3 days but when I used it, it was second hand. Seems like it was already used because when I try to use it, it didn't work like fr I was so mad. I am never buy gift cards from online on Best buy. I regret not reading reviews for this product bro. I don't recommend this item to anyone. Be aware and don't buy this from online, especially from Best buy. It's already used. And do read the reviews before you buy anything.

Yes it is a steam gift card but don't be fooled you'll have to wait for delivery.... just buy it in store or use your card in steam itself

Gift card arrived in good time, but it was not activated. It took several phone calls and way too long to get that sorted out.

After pick up the card from the store. I’m scratch the card to find you the code number and login to the account and find out the card is invalid and the next day I’m go back to the store “ BestBuy “ customers service representatives told me that they not responded for this issue! So, I’m try to calling Steam Cards and they told me the same answer! It’s totally a shame to buy from BestBuy! Not going to buy any gift cards from them!!

This STEAM gift card was bought for Christmas. When my daughter’s boyfriend tried to use the card, the code did not work. He called Best Buy and was told he needed to bring the card into the store in Nashville (where he lives). They took the receipt with them, and they were informed they could not get a refund or another card because the code had been scratched off! Duh! That’s how they knew the code did not work! I will not be purchasing from Best Buy in the future. I’m extremely disappointed in and disgusted by this experience.

I brought two of these steam cards offline and it didn't work. It said it was already used and I just purchased them. And the day before I brought two other and the same. I went bk to best buy. Was there a hour and mind you it was my 3rd time. They said it worked because they called the best buy Corp office and when I went home. Still didn't work. Don't buy steam cards online. It's issues to get exchange. Go in and buy it.

A friend had asked me to pick these up for him (he was out of town, but would reimburse me the next week.). The clerk warned me that it might be a fraud (I'd never mentioned the email to her). I assumed the fraud was associated with the cards (I'd passed the warning on to my friend but he was willing to keep going). But the fraud was the email -- my friend's email had been hacked, so I was having these conversations with someone else. So, I was the one out the $400.

The gift cards I purchased were not activated by Bestbuy before they delivered them to me making them worthless. Do not trust Bestbuy with products that have to be activated on their end! Bestbuy, if you are reading this, please activate the currently useless steam gift cards I bought from you or give me my money back.

I’m going back to BrstBuy the next day the customer service representatives told me they not responded for this issue. So I’m call Steam Cards, they told me that they not responded for this issue too. So, I’m totally lost $150.00 for being bought 2 Steam Cards from Best Buy!

They were never activated Will never order from best but again

Do not buy these cards , I purchased one for Christmas for my son he finally got around using it and the numbers on the card were nvalid it kept coming up invalid I bring it back to Best Buy they wanted nothing to do with me they told me that I’d have to go through the the business that deals with those cards even though they sold it to me!!!! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau bad business

Gift card doesn't work. I gave this to a coworker for Christmas and it DIDNT work. Best Buy LIED and said it was activated...it was not. After more than an hour on hold Best Buy couldn't do anything to get me my money back. THEY WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME A BEST BUY GIFT CARD TO MAKE UP FOR IT. NOW IM OUT 50.00 AND I GOT EMBARRASSED AT WORK. Don't waste your money!!!

I gave this to my grandson for Christmas as he didn’t want much. He tried to activate it and it failed. His Mother contacted me and said how disappointed he was. She said she contacted someone who told her the store where I purchased it never activated the card. I am now wasting my time out of my very busy work day to get this issue taken care of. I will never buy a gift card online again.

I was very unhappy when I got the card only to find out the code was already been used.

I bought these wireless headphones so my wife and I can watch TV while running on the treadmill. Can,t get them to work. I don't know if they are charged. There is supposed to be a charging light that comes on when charged. I am not seeing a light. I have looked all around the stand where the light is supposed to be and I can't see anything resembling a light source! Very disappointing for a Sony product.I will try again, but if nothing happens it will go back.

Card would not load. Evidently it was not activated before it was sent out.

Don't buy this type of gift card through Bestbuy. We bought a Steam card and the code was invalid. It was already redeemed by someone else. We called Steam, they said to talk to Bestbuy. Bestbuy tranferred us to 5 people, none of them could help us. We had to eat the cost.

12 cards arrived in a pack that I purchased for $100, all of them were invalid and worth nothing. The item is "non returnable" therefore I have to make a trip to a local Best Buy to exchange it for a valid card. Pretty crappy service and a very poor overall experience.
