Poor stocking of gift cards

No one knows when more will be available. I finally found the cards I wanted at another retailer. I won't be visiting Best Buy for gift cards anymore.

Invalid Card

Card appears to have been shipped inactivated and funds have posted from card used to purchase. I have not had this issue at other retailers before. Will not purchase these again from Best Buy.

Mine didn't and Steam was "too bad". A waste of $50. Never again. Thanks, Best Buy. Why are you even selling these?

Hangs up on you or sends you to some hold space the hangs up on you. Trying to get a human was like the unemployment system. poor. Managers know no nothing about the rules for returns. One tells you one thing then they tell you anther.

The person said the card was unusable and Best Buy didn't do anything to get my money back or replace the card. I also had the same issue with Google play from Target. I think I rather purchase gift cards directly from the source. Too much money to lose.

Most of the time it’s a 50/50 chance that the steam cards work or they don’t ! You can’t return those cards. There’s no way steam will refund your $ either !! It’s a poor sighted company at best.

My 2 $100 Steam Cards don’t work
