I bought this for a friend. I sent a pic with the number exposed immediately after I bought it. When she went to redeem it she got a message indicating it had already been redeemed. She sent me a screenshot to show me the message. This has happened to me numerous times and it’s getting old.

I had bought 10 $100. Steam cards for my grandchildren . None of them worked. I was told at the Best Buy where I bought them there was nothing they could do. So I am out $1000. Not happy about my loss.

I put in a gift card to pay for this purchase but it charged my credit card instead. The store said that these cards cannot be bought with BB gift cards even though it does not say that anywhere when purchasing the gift card.

The only problem I had with this purchase was that, I had to wait till morning to get the actual gift card at the store. It's a steam wallet card, purchased online. Access code should be given/redeemed online and NOT have customers wait till morning.

I bought online and had delivered. My son opened for Christmas and trys to use it.. its NOT working.. we think the card was never activated

Would be better if the 10% coupon i tried to use actually worked,and the lady i checked out with knew what was going on, but some how it was only $5 rewards and $5 for the coupon on a $126 bill,and when i make statement payments would be nice to get a confirmation of the payment

I called up the Geek Squad. Whoever answered the call said that I would need to pay the fee via a Steam Card. Found out this was not on the up and up and discontinued contact. Would like to return it.

We spent around $200 on steam cards and one day when my son went into account he noticed he was hacked of his $200 worth of items purchased through steam. When he emailed steam they found person who hacked his account but didnt get him his purchases back. WE WON'T BE BUYING ANYMORE STEAM CARDS ANY TIME SOON!!!!!

Peeled off the sticker that covers the code and the code came with it. Now instead of downloading my game, I have to wait for steam support to hopefully give me the credit to my account or I just wasted $50.

Xmas gift gone wrong? Son scratched off 2 of the cards and neither of them worked. Didn’t try the other 2 as I assume none of them were activated before they shipped to us.

According to the reviews others left, these are digital codes.. except they’re not.. Had I known I would’ve just gone to the store and not miss the summer sales. After an hour of nothing arriving in my email I tried to cancel but couldn’t cancel.. FML.

It’s ok for gamers but yeah idk so anyways have fun

Card does not work and Best Buy will not swap. Their response is it’s a steam issue and contact steam. Currently waiting on a response from steam. Bought multiple cards and only 1 does not work.

One of the cards worked. one of them didn’t. I then bought a 100 card online and that one didn’t work either. No instructions on what to do in that situation, so I am out $150.

I received the cards and they were already redeemed. This has happened before and I realize this happens often. I wish steam cards would come up with a different system.

I paid my 100$ for a card that I wasn’t able to use because when I put the numbers in it said that the card had already been used even though everything was sealed up and I was the only one who touched the card. I guess that’s the chance you take

I ordered this product and scratched off the back and the child I send it to says it's coming up as been used that's impossible cause I received it on May 18th and scratched the silver off of the card I don't see how it has already been used.

Disappointed, the gift card was on sale, when the recipient went to use the card the code showed as invalid. Now I’m out $47.50, not to mention embarrassed and having to replace the gift.
