This is the most helpful thing that steam has done because before you had to have a credit card to add funds and if you didn't have a credit card you can use then you have to get a friend to do it. Now friends can give you this for a birthday or other occasion and this is easy to use!

We use them when someone goes above and beyond in school, sports or chores. And it never hurts to have $20 in your Steam wallet for those wish list sale games.

I bought this as an easy gift for my son on 1 of his favorite game places. I bought it on-line, the $20 card and it was shipped for Free and super Fast in 2 days. Too Bad it did Not Work. I tried the support team on the card with no luck. Steam was NO HELP. They sent an automated message and that was it. Thank goodness I had my receipt. I took it back to BB myself and explained the situation. BB switched the card for me with a new one. And well, NOW, MY SON IS HAPPY! The new card worked! Yay! Keep your receipt in case their is a problem. Exchange it at your local Best Buy. Thanks BB!! :D (I gave the Ease of Use and Ease of Installation a LOW Mark bc I'm still upset about having to drive to the store to return the card and get a new one. What a waste of time. But even with ALL the hassle, my son will want more of these cards!).

My twin daughters are gamers and both have steam accounts. Rather than my buying hard copies of games, they buy and play their favs on Steam - and this card has opened the door for them to do so. Easy and oh so satisfying.

I had read a number of reviews that stated there were problems with a Steam card, which made me kind of wary since I had never purchased one. However, it seems several issues dealt with people who had ordered them online and were never delivered. I planned on purchasing in the store so this would not apply to me. The other common complaint that I read was that the card was not activated at purchase. So, this is what I did: When I purchased at a store, I politely asked to make sure it was activated. No problem with that. When I gave it to my son for Christmas, he was able to load it to his account without problems and has already used some of it. So, for us, this was a good purchase.

It's a Steam gift card... With $20 on it. What else is there to say. It is used exclusively for PC gaming on the "Steam" plaform. Steam has a large selection of games and digital/virtual content. Steam gift cards are great for people who are interested in PC/computer gaming.

The Steam wallet works perfectly. It's the easiest way for me to gift my grandson with more game time without having to access the Steam website to deposit it into his account. I appreciate the convenience of sending the cards instead. Grateful Best Buy carries them in the store.

You cant go wrong wit steam, and a $100 wallet card is perfect if you want to buy you and your friends a four pack of borderlands 2 or somthing.

Best way to go if you're looking to purchase games on Steams. Couldn't resist their recent sale, so had to pick this up. Gave me peace of mind to be able to snag these cards and not have to use the ol' credit card through Steam. Instructions to add funds to your account could be better, as the interface was slightly different than described on the card (has Steam revamped dashboard since cards were printed?) Regardless, once you get to the right spot, it's easy, painless, and worry free. All that's left after that is the gaming. Have fun!

Do not be worried by the negative reviews these cards have gotten. I bought two $20 cards with my Best Buy gift cards and I activated the cards about an hour after purchasing them, and they activated just fine. Process was very smooth. I was immediately able to buy a game and download it once activated.

It was very convenient to be able to purchase a Steam card at Best Buy making digital shopping available at my leisure without having to go out again. Thank you Best Buy. Money well spent.

Steam is a great client for buying the latest PC video games. This card allows you to purchase most games under twenty dollars (of which steam has a "under $10 section"). I personally use it for micro transactions to my favorite game, Warframe. You can get a lot of in-game cash for twenty dollars. Overall, it is a great card for a gift to your PC master-race best friend as well a gift for yourself.
