Does exactly what you need it to. Gives you credit on your Steam account. No hassle of having to type in your cc info online.

My son uses this to purchase online games. It is easy to use and allows me to no worry about credit card charges or "accidental" purchases

I like that Best Buy offers these Steam Wallet cards, but there should be a benefit to buying these cards beyond the face value. Otherwise people could just buy directly from Steam. For example, buy $100 get $5 free or something like that. Also, I don't like that $100 is the highest denomination offered online. You can get up to $200 in store.

Never delivered. Customer service was poor and I’m still trying to resolve the issue.

The card was not activated properly. If you look through the forum, you'll find this is not uncommon. Finding STEAM gift cards online isn't easy. I'll have to find another vendor or buy them in person to be sure it's done right. STEAM has lots of great after-Christmas sales that someone could easily miss out on because Best Buy failed to activate the card properly.

All $20 Steam cards were already used. I claimed but didn't get my money back.

The gift cards did not work, it was embarrassing because they were a gift. Ok had to drive back to the store to return them

I purchased the product and, upon attempting to redeem, the card had already been redeemed! I was told to return to the store for another card, and the exact same thing happened again and I wasn’t given a refund! The card had been activated!!

Got it when it was on sale. Great value and had no problem using it on Steam. Waiting for another sale.
