When I tried to use it it told me the it was already redeemed, so I lost my money and couldn't use the card, im very disappointed

bought 4 $50 cards. All but one were lost because the sticker strip took the coded numbers off so they could not be redeemed.

I have been trying to get through to Best Buy for two days and nothing. I ordered a gift card and one of the numbers you could barely read and another card came deactivated.

This card didn’t work for me some thing wrong with the product key. Be careful when you buy

I had to wait over 3 weeks to get it and I ordered it on 27 of December and it was delayed for weeks but the overall product it good

The last few letters of the activation code were unreadable. Took it back to Best Buy and was told it wasn't their problem to contact Steam. Never buy a gift card from them!

I downloaded this and it wanted more this was a $100 card but it wanted another $50 card to play games so no I don’t recommend buying this

Value was stolen before we could use them 2 cards $100. Each. Bad because steam won’t back them and neither will Best Buy sucks

The gift card was not activated so the person I gave it to as a gift could not use it and they could not take it back to Best Buy in another state because they didn't have the receipt

Got $50 card in mail and it appears to be untouched. Scratch off to reveal code and use it. I think not as the card apparently has already been used..... what happened?

Never ordered this item but I was charged for it. They used cc # and used curb side pick up.

The code didn't work so I gave a worthless card as a gift and threw away $50. Not great.

I pulled the tab off and all the numbers in the middle ripped off making the code unreadable. How do I get my money back?

Don't waste your time. They'll just forget to activate the card before they send it. Better not to buy online

Bought 7 $100 cards 1 was bad and steam would not do anything. Had to deny $100 on ny American express.

Sad you can’t return Steam cards when they do not work. Or numbers scratch off easy.

I could not purchase this online with a merchandise card. You guys are embarrassingly stupid.

Cards did not work. Said had been used ! 2nd time this has happened purchasing cards at Best Buy.

A waste of $50! Does not install properly;repeats the requests for information already submitted. It my have logged onto a rogue site on the 1st attempt.
