Ordered 6 Steam gift cards, 3 looked like the picture, three were different. Tyrns out the different ones wont download. Best Buy will not correct it, they say call Steam. So far, cant figure out how to do that. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN!!

they drained two gift cards i used and 40$ from my actual bank account for seemingly no reason, after it stated it used only the gift card balances that covered the whole order (50$ worth on a 40$ order) and refused any and all refunds or compensation.

I purchased 2 of these cards for my kids for Christmas. Only to find out the cards were not able to activate on steam. I spent days contacting Steam support to resolve the activation issue. Steam was finally able to resolve this and the account balances showed in my kids steam wallet. The kids may some small purchases of $1.98. Then the next day their accounts show zero balance. The money left in their account simply disappeared. I checked their account history/store purchases and sure enough there were no additional purchases made yet their accounts now reflect a zero balance. Recommend avoiding these, they are a lot of trouble and apparently a rip off as you will lose your money.

It's $50 in Steam credit. No frills. If that's what you need, this is the perfect purchase.
