Very simple to use. Buy the card, go to your Steam account, scratch the bar on back with a coin (do NOT use your keys or anything sharp), and input the code to get the money added to your account. As a bonus, you get reward points with Best Buy.

I had some Best Buy gift cards and wanted to use those rather than pay extra for the steam game I wanted to purchase, and luckily they have this one! My game was $59.95, and they have the $50 gift card and the $100 gift card so buying this one allowed to get the exact amount of the game I wanted! Note: this is just a general Gift card for the Steam store so it can be used on any game on the steam store that you want
