    Gave 2 of these as a gift to my brother. He was able to redeem and use them fine. Steam says Best Buy is an authorized seller of these. Some other stores people are getting cards that have already been redeemed. Haven’t had a problem with Best Buy thus far.

    Much more secure than using a credit card, and in my opinion, far less of a hassle. (They told me I'd get reward points, so, there you go.)
