Purchase was immediately activated and can by added a steam account . Added the funds to my steam wallet via iphone app and that was that. A smooth 30 second transaction.

The reason I buy these is because my credit card info was stolen when playstation was breached in 2013. It has happened twice to me and it is a hassle. Luckily I monitor my cards almost daily so I noticed right away. It seems hackers are always targeting gaming companies so rather than purchase online from them directly I will rather buy this card at best buy and just input the code. It gives you the same money, you don't pay tax, and every once in a while they might be 10 or 20 percent off.
