If you're buying this hopefully you know about Steam. In short this is a good deal if you're a savvy Steam user and wait for their summer bust out sales or the winter sales where you can see markdowns of 75% on some items. Also Steam features quite a hefty indie game market and using steam to purchase things from free-to-play game markets is pretty seamless. And they also offer expansions to existing games. If you're a pc gamer you know what I'm talking about.

This is a dependable, stable gift card. I haven't had any problems with redeeming any 1 of them. I like this "Steam brand" & will remain purchasing "Steam" gift cards. Also they are great price with no tax.

There isn't much to say really, using a Debit/Credit card for payments on Steam has always been a complete headache for me, so getting a Wallet Card is the best way to go when purchasing from steam, aside from using PayPal. No more unnecessary calls to the bank when purchases get flagged and no waiting periods when trying to use a different card as payment, plus it helps prevent you from going over your budget during the seasonal sales.

This steam gift card came in clutch as an extra Christmas gift for my brother. I ordered it online and had the option to pick it up 20 minutes later at the store.

My son loves playing Steam games on his PC. If you like steam (which I admit I REALLY did not at first), you probably like it for the ease of the system. Buy games on it and you never have to worry about physical CDs or anything, they are all on your account and can be loaded at anytime. These cards go hand in hand with that, because this way you have your "steam wallet" where you don't have to use a credit card (very good if you're one of those who don't like your credit card online).
