  • Bestbuy Ontrac shipping sucks

    Giftcard works fine, but bestbuy shipping through OnTrac sucks. It will give a delivery date and even say delivery scheduled for today, but then you'll get a notification that delivery is delayed. It usually adds another 3 days after that to get your delivery.

    I was at your store in Erie, Pa. on Sat. Feb. 27, wanting to replace an over the range Microwave. Dakota Palmer, your Appliance Specialist, showed me several different models that would work. When I decided on the one I liked best, she gave me the price that I felt was very reasonable. I told her I would also need installation & the old one removed. She checked availability & said it could be done on Sat. March 8th. I also took the 5 year protection plan. Dakota was very friendly & knowledgeable. I enjoyed dealing with her.

    There is an apparently never ending stream of PC games and DLC for those games available at Steam. If you are going to buy that content from Steam anyways, you can get some BestBuy rewards points on the side by purchasing Steam wallet credit at BestBuy. This has helped me save money on console exclusive games (mostly PlayStation and Nintendo stuff) that BestBuy sells price matched with Amazon and other major retailers, and which you can't buy on Steam. I have yet to find a better way than these gift cards to spend money on Steam.
