Best buy is the worst, buy directly from steam

I called best buy they told me to bring it to the closest store. I get there they tell me nothing they can do, call steam. Best buy had horrible customer service. But thankfully, thank God for steam.Not only did they give me the $20.They gave me double for my trouble. Not cool best buy
