Great way to treat a customer

Two were shipped on invoice with made up codes not matching cards. Probably why those two did not work. Best Buy refused to do anything about it and ultimately had to get charge reversed for those two cards. This was after several phone calls to Best Buy and a visit to a local Best Buy, based on rep's advice to go to local store. Several hours of my time and csr/salesperson/store manager time wasted...Great way to treat a customer.
